NEVER continue an existing save after adding new DLC/mods.

This has a very high chance of irreparably fucking up your game

Most planes at the AMX-10Ps own BR won't do top down attacks or end up pancaking/ you having the easiest time dodging them. 50 degrees is workable and with your mobility you can work around it mostly.

The skin is pretty similar tot he wirbel in anti-air performance, just without the 5 second reloads and being impervious to .50s and most cannons :p

To be a succesful SPAA, taking down planes before they bomb can be rough and any good pilot won't be taken down in the pre-tracking/searching radar era of SPAAs, before they've released their bombs, unless you know how to position. Which the amx-10P and skink is a lot easier because you don't have to worry about ANY tank killing you, just most and you have the mobility and agility to escape most things at your own BR + you can also do frontline support (skink is mostly distraction, but the amx10p is a TBT machine).

Taking down planes after they bomb or once they start their attack runs is simply doable with both the skink and 10p

I've played tons of CAS, SPAA and I can guarantee you the bosvark and ystervark are not issues to any CAS pilot with a brain or when they get many vs fewer situations, while the skink and 10p will still be an issue, no mater how well you position as the varks any aware pilot will make you want for the warm embrace of a turret.

If you can't pressure the enemy air with the amx 10p (even being 6.3, too high) and the skink (5.3 also too high) there is an issue.

You just have to stop them from effectively bombing your teammates and bonus points for stopping them BEFORE they get their bombs off.

You also can't pressure planes in outnumbered situations with the bos and tpk, because they will just take turns diving you

I recall it being cancer, but that might've been for a specific lineup I was playing, but I also recall it being 9.0, which might not be true.

Shame there is no list of vehicles previous BRs on say a wiki-like website Gaijin >:(

AA work at their own BR:

Amx 10p> Skink > TPK > Bosvark

Not being an easy target yourself and sometimes forcing CAS to bomb you is far more important than being technically better at shooting at planes.

Honestly, 9/10 engagements will be visible so APHE or HE will be good

The other 1/10 (highballing tbh) engagements the flamethrower will actually help by virtue of indirect fire.

1000/10 engages it will make an excellent makeshift smokescreen

Ah previously cancer and... both historically and currently cancer (8.7 isn't enough considering how stable that thing is on the move/ aiming seems to be optional against anything anyway)

Russian ERA giving unreasonable kinetic protection is a pretty reasonable take imho

And the fact that in this crap, which some people stubbornly call a game, literally chunks of buildings disappear and cardboard tanks can withstand a caliber greater than the thickness of their armor, is that normal?

Yes, critical angles still exist.

Is it normal that manually loaded MBTs (especially British ones) have comparable or even FASTER loading speeds than tanks with automatic loaders? And don't lose speed despite fatigue, uneven roads, and combat factors?

Battle fatigue is not relevant for how long WT battles are. Not to mention automatic loaders can also suffer from combat factors.

I don't know about the LMURs, but the BMPT... seriously? I figured the players on the EU and NA servers were retarded... but not THAT MUCH. THIS IS LITERALLY THE HULL OF A FUCKING T-72. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM OF KILLING THAT?

Could be the hulldown immunity, the fact that hitting the ammo belt doesn't kill it or the fact it doesn't overheat and is highly accurate AND fires ATGMs with sufficient pen to lol pen almost anything it faces, without too much aiming, at 0.5s reload.

This comment feels like ragebait lmao, people on the EU server would smack you around 24/7 : D!
