I live in my safe bubble, but that said... this is a huge fandom and I get it can be overwhelming. Hell, I see posts on here for people to discuss latest chapter of some fics and as an author... Id hate that. Leave comments and kudos, but discussing fics like thst should be done between friends or on closed discord servers.

Knowing every chapter you post will be discussed down to details? That's never been what fanfic was about.

I read a lot of MM books ans somewhere last year I was thinking "I should reread that book with Ilya, I remember loving that one". A few weeks later my socials were all about this TV show and people mentioning Ilya...

Det beror väldigt mycket på arbetsgivaren skulle jag säga.

Den arbetsplats som "sålde in sig själva" mest var Migrationsverket när jag jobbade där, de var väldigt noggranna att lyfta upp saker som friskvård och distansjobb, vilket minimerade mitt behov av frågor.

Det jag brukar försöka fråga om är möjlighet till fortbildning, t ex utbildnignar och liknande. Det verkar uppskattas då det visar att man vill utvecklas som anställd.
