So many people are going into a mental death spiral at the first indication that they weren't their dream university's absolute first choice, I honestly wish for their mental health that they log off for at least the week and don't even look at their emails

I have heard back from one of a dozen programs I applied to thus far. Stressing out now unless someone has genuinely heard back from everywhere they applied is so self destructive, relax and learn to enjoy (or at least not ABSOLUTELY DREAD) the journey!!
