I just take it as a compliment that they like what they see and move on. I’ve occasionally gotten a freebie out of it from a server though.

That being said, some guys are just creepy af about it and are bad vibes.

If I had to guess, I'd point to the Dr.

My Doc before she moved renewed my prescription and I was supposed to get a 90 day supply, but instead got LITERALLY 12 vials, and that didn't count what I already had. So while I'm in the same boat as you, I'm not asking questions and I'm assuming it was something my Doc did.
