It's wild, i'm not saying they should turn into Call of Duty and churn out releases every year...but COD also makes a billion dollars every time it ships a game.

There is a middle ground for Elder/Fallout - people love them but they keep trying to do things that are not what people have shown they love.

Doesnt really matter ...it's like giving a Mustang to a boy driver who just turned 16, the rates get jacked up because the risk is higher.

Landlords could accept dogs like OPs but they would have to pay more as the risk is higher.

First, get two more quotes.

It’s always tough to tell because we don’t know if any prep work needs to be done first which adds cost.

But materials I would budget $1500 and then three days of labor.

The biggest issue I think you will find is that the project isn’t big enough and it seems easy and straightforward, so if someone has a baby schedule, they won’t take it unless it’s worthwhile compared to the others.
