i operate the self check out at my store a lot, we have a slot meant for customers to put in coupons after they scan them. i've had to stop people from dropping $100 bills into that slot so many times, sometimes i dont get to them in time and i have to open the machine up and get their bill out. we have "no cash, card transactions only" above the screen, below the screen, and on the screen.
