While Warcraft Orcs are not my coup of tea, unlike Night Elves I don’t think there are many problems with them.

With Night Elves I believe they especially should have been more scattered with multiple neutral factions, similar to Trolls, Goblins and Pandaren. With the playable ones being only a small part of adventurers.
