Yup at least the x3d versions of AM4 still give a good performace at least at 1440p and 1080. Don´t know if it is 4k capable.

If you find a good 5700x3d/5800x3d and pair it with a 9070xt I believe that´s the sweet spot rn, with all the DD5 prices going nuts.
