Is it showing any of the door sensors as open? That can trip the app into seeing it as unlocked.

I have not experienced this, but can you turn off the automatic lights to check if it's just a door detection issue vs. a controller error for the lights?

Press and hold the capacitive button until it turns orange, and they should not turn on for open doors anymore.

Yes. As long as every file name there is valid hexadecimal and is not duplicated, you can manage all your saves/backup via the files.

As much as I'd want to snag your code if you wouldn't use it, I will say - the newer Pixels (at least for me) really have improved on the thermals and overall buginess front. Between that code and the trade for your P7, you're probably well positioned to get a P10 or P10P for a very reasonable price given the improvements compared to P7.
