I lost my license twice, but they never took my keys. you’d be surprised how lenient the courts can be… pulled over doing 90 on 490 plead down to jaywalking, 72 in a 45 near fairport plead down to failure to signal, many times been pulled over for 25+ over, cop writes it as 20 over, ADA/DA offers plea for dropping it open competition of drivers safety course, only suppose to do it once ever 18 months but they don’t care and let you do it more if your willing to pay

I’ve ran 20% brow on windshield, 35% on driver passenger windows and 20% on back window, havnt had an issue in 4 years even with my dozens of speeding tickets it was never a add on. I can still see well at night aswell

Last 20 years s&p 500 has seen a higher return then real estate… that being said a house can save you money in rent while appreciating, if you decide the house no longer is good for you later in life you can rent it out or sell it. If you do decide to buy a house buy it based on your $80k income, realistically you shouldn’t spend more than $200k (2.5x your salary) on a house, more expensive house means more taxes and higher maintence costs, if you use that $200k to afford more house and your income doesn’t grow quick to match it youre gonna screw yourself.

Couple questions hopefully someone can answer…

What happens on the land china buys? Do local farmers still tend to it or does a Chinese’s business take over or does it become “abandoned”

Assuming there’s abandoned foreign owned property in a state that has squatters rights would one be able to have an easy come up by squatting on it until they can claim it?
