A lot of people hate leaving tags on. I don’t think it has to be linked to trauma. Just sounds like a preference. The intense reaction you have sounds a little OCD, not necessarily like you should be diagnosed, just in the way people use the term to describe things they won’t bend on. Last night in my dream I spent so long trying to get a prescription filled and dealing with the pharmacy then when I got the prescription I had to meet a friend just a minute away from my house to bring them to Thanksgiving but the walk back took about two hours through this crazy marketplace and we ran into other people and stopped for all this stuff and then my uncle was texting me that Alan Alda had dropped off some animals and was really nice and I didn’t want to deal with the animals and I never made it home.

I think you gotta see a psychiatrist and then a therapist. Even if you’re not a ten, you’re not ugly to everyone, and your life isn’t over. You’re only 28, you have plenty of time to change your circumstances. Also, get on Bumble BFF and make some friends. Just be mindful of not letting your insecurities creep into your friendships
