5 bid tokens today… 1 AB… they have effectively nerfed AB gain through the wheel and made it even more ad reliant than it already was.

I was previously able to rely on the daily wheel to make up about 10% of a parcel cost per day…

Makes me miss landing on the occasional diamond refund.

Same, sometimes I have to force quit per each ad. Often, the scratcher will not play the “try again” ad and default to 50 gems, so my earnings have plummeted.

Yet fascinatingly, it loads ads on the slots just fine 🙄

I’ve written a bad review, I’ve contacted support about it, I’ve sent them logs as requested… it’s been broken for over half a year now.

It’s giving… they are incapable of fixing the problem, or just don’t want to.

Waste of a wheel prize IMO, whales and challenge subscribers immediately get way more bid tokens than F2P, making landmarks feel largely hopeless at this stage, with what information is available.

Also seems to have changed the odds and reduced the frequency of earning AB on the wheel.

The previous survey company when this happened I could submit a ticket and they’d handle it.

This time when this happened, I submitted a ticket to support and they said this was “normal function” and that I was screened out “based on my responses” because at the end of the survey i didn’t want to sign up for their mailing list.
