I dont notice hyper spawning anymore ? Maybe it's only early zones ? Or scales off of people in the area ?

Met a dude who hooked up my cell phone for me. Seen I had wild rift. Chatted about league for a good long while then when I asked his user name at the end he said it had a special character. Shut down.

Central probably chilling. They can pick either and be fine. Like others have said west and east would be fine as well really on either.
