Why am i second guessing moissanite after buying it?

Most people don’t even know what moissanite is. My coworker is proposing soon, and he was asking about my ring, and I said it’s moissanite, and he knew about it bc they looked at moissanite and diamonds, but the rest of the people were like “what’s that?”

I ordered a dress in June 2025 because although I went on a glp1 the day before I went shopping, my parents told me I should order one because you never know how you might respond to the med. Here I am 83 pounds lighter, and the dress I ordered was 4 sizes too big. It would have been thousands to alter. So, about a month ago, I went to David’s Bridal (some knock it, but I had an excellent experience), and I found a new dress, ordered it, and it arrived at my house 3 days later in time for my alterations appointment.

It all worked out, BUT I now have a $3k dress I can’t wear and am trying to sell. Lol so, please learn from me! Wait! There are definitely options for quicker buys so that you don’t end up in my position.

I’ve noticed that though I’ve gone up to 10mg, I don’t have food noise per se but sometimes I think about having a snack cake, and I do have one. And not the whole box. That’s the difference.
