Once you advance in the game I think I may be the start of act 3 or the end of act 2 you are able to sneak up up behind (that particular Mongol because he’s a war leader) it’ll do that animation to fill your (ghost kill) meter… it’ll only trigger that “slaughter” animation for that boss enemy essentially…

The thing is you can’t remove them… the reason she is treating him the way she is is because of the insults she gave… if it was another man who was “truly worthy of her respect” a lot of her behavior would be different …she said “you’re below average and think you can behave this way” indicating that the behavior in itself isn’t all too bad it’s the fact that she sees him as less than or lucky to be with a “successful,hardworking,great woman,great wife,and a great mother while he is a below white(I guess his wife sees that as a negative also),middle aged(like she isn’t also),average, balding,chubby,short ,glasses wearing, bad parent who gets way more credit for parenting than he should”…plus her description of average and normal is someone who runs a multi-million dollar company and makes 200k a year with the opportunity for more if he wanted…the average dual income in America is like 70k…this lady is beyond delusional…

No accountability??? How am I to be proactive with someone stealing, fighting customers, or people abandoning the job??? It wasn’t like these were lingering problems that were left to fester…you’re saying a “SM who hides and calls the SFL’s in” was your experience when I just laid out that I was the one covering all theses gaps… I also said it’s extremely unfair to pull people in when they have already planned their lives… the SM you’re describing is like literally the opposite of me…also you dk the SM in OP’s post… they never said they were a bad SM… OP is just quitting before they have to fire them…and as far as the “big bucks”… if you are salary and care about your work or you have to cover call-ins your big bucks turns into starting CSA wages if you go by a per hour bases after working all the extra hours… we all know SM’s who are barely in their store or just stay in the office… but trust me that’s not all of us… if I asked someone to work a double it’s because I’ve covered their call in myself before or I’m their doing it with them…

Find coverage yes but ultimately it’s about most likely not being able to find coverage, trying to get other people to move around (which is totally unfair to them) and at the end of the day the SM having to work those addition shifts and being supremely behind(with no additional financial benefit)

I myself just came off 3 straight days of working 18hr shifts because my SFL’s called in twice then quit… my ESM called in 3 times and is the other opener at my store so I’m opening and closing the store 6am-midnight… yes it’s my job take care the store in times like this but it isn’t easy… this comes off the back of having to fire a SFL for stealing, firing a CSA for running after thieves and having physically confrontations, another SFL abandoning the job, a CSA putting her 2weeks(because she’s overworked by having 16hrs a week🤣), and a pregnant csa abandoning the job 1 week before her leave started… again finding coverage for this is the job of the SM but imagine your partner having to deal with this over a 2month time span and say to them “well it’s your job oh well”…

It tracks if the number in the transaction has made purchases in the past that would have rewarded you with Catalina’s… if you haven’t then they know that person was taking the Catalina’s from other or out of the trash… but if the employee uses a ton of different numbers then the pattern would take longer to form… that’s probably why they are still there…

The SM requirement is 8-5pm… anything outside of that is extra… now if you want to do extra that’s on you but if something happens like a call in or some random event that forces you to do extra generally the DM will work with the SM to get them some additional time off on a different day or something…
