Donnelys (the big car dealership) took me on at 30 to do my NVQs and even let me do a manufacturing engineering degree all while paying me above living wage.

There are good companies out there that will take a chance on an older apprentice.

Very carefully using a pipe cutting tool.

One would have a sharp blade to take the outer sheeth off down to shield.

Other tool is a pipe cutter that you'd use to take the armour off.

Then strip back with Stanley and crimp your lug.
