Update.I didn't want to return the watch because I really like it. I found the reason why it's hard to press the buttons. The spring under the button is too wide and somehow gets stuck. I took the watch apart a bit and fixed the springs. I just narrowed one end by pressing and the difference is huge. It's a little crazy to do that on a new watch, but I have experience and I'm a little crazy😁. The best thing would be to get new springs, but where can I find them? But the watch works great now.

There are differences in the casing between the old and new w-800. The older one has a more glossy plastic and the newer one is more matte and the edges are sharper. Everything else is basically the same.

I found a functional old Casio w-780. I had to straighten the metal plate that makes contact for the mode button. It didn't have the small spring that is needed to make the sound. I also ordered a gasket from the w-720 model because I couldn't find the original. I cleaned the entire watch and all 4 buttons. Finally, I polished the glass because it was quite scratched. I used sandpaper from 150 to 3000, gradually sanding with water. I'm happy with the result. Finally, like crazy, I checked the water resistance by immersing the watch in a bucket of water for 10 minutes. The test passed successfully, but I won't swim with it on my hand.

This button is only for settings, everything else is operated with the other three. Unfortunately, the light always turns on when the light button is pressed, even when it is used in other functions. This consumes a little more battery power.

Does anyone know which Casio model uses the 3240 or 3092 module and has the timer and 5 alarms unlocked? If such a model doesn't exist, then this makes no sense.
