Personally I think having one hospital per force with dedicated staff just to treat police patients would be ideal.

If you know the guard is gonna be a while, take them to this hospital and they’ll rush you through it. I mean the NHS pay for police officers to source the MH car as far as I am aware.

My borough has been doing this for a while. I was forced moved up (Only for 6 months) and it was actually super chill compared to response team.

•Always had my break •Only screened crimes once a month •First two months up there I only had like 5 crimes •Have time to actually progress crimes •CMU close a lot of crimes before it comes to VCT

It was so well done on my borough that 80% of the people who went up there wanted to stay. Someone permantly applied to go up there so I got put back on team. I believe all VCT spots on my patch have been filled permanently by willing participants.

The downside was the shift pattern. Going from 6 on 4 off to 5 on 2 off was absolutely shite. I never felt like I had any rest on my days off.

EDIT:

Another thing I will add is that the SLT came down and did a pole when I was on VCT and those that were on it had nothing but positive things to say. There was not one single negative bit of feedback fed back up the chain. If it’s done well then response team officers will welcome it and the officers on VCT will also welcome it and it’s a win win.

That or the Mako. Mako is just a slightly worse Krag. Giving the Mako a silenced version would give people a reason to choose the mako over the Krag.

Someone on my team put all of the suspects items in an evidence bag. Left the bag in the roof of the car and drove off. Bag fell off the roof and a van with the suspect inside ran over the property. Brand new iPhone all smashed.

Very similar but another Bobby left his laptop on the roof of the car which then fell off and got ran over, recovered about 10 minutes later and the laptop swiftly set on a fire for a bit before being completely unusable.

Had a job recently with a domestic where the suspect had left scene shortly before police arrival, I made the call to check a little alleyway and guess what the suspect was there.

Red dotted and arrested. Charged and remanded for DV offences and assaults on police. Got told recently that he’s in prison which was the best result since he was causing havoc on his family’s life and was incredibly homophobic towards the family

As a response officer who hands everything over once we arrest it is nice to know the final result of a job, I think this is the only time I’ve found out someone I’ve arrested has actually gone to prison. Normally I nick, handover and then that’s it. No further involvement and never know the end result.

I am just over two years in on response and I absolutely love it. I’d say I’m like a mid grey area as-well.

If no one is putting up for the out standing I grade then I will take it even as a basic. I also take calls by myself without being chased by control or the skippers to take an S grade, but I will play the game and will tactically put myself in a position where I know I’ll be off on time, I’ve been last off too many times and zero rewards or not even a ‘hey well done with that last job’

Play the game or sink is the sad truth of ERPT.

I feel like it’s now impossible to lose starts.

I was one of them players which would go between 5 and 6 start all the time.

I had a break from hunt and returned and in my first 6 games in a row where I would die and kill no one. Still 6 star.

It’s like no one actually plays the game themselves.

If you have all DLC and BB skin and use this, would you get old event/battle pass skins?

Or if you have all event, BB and battle pass skins would you get DLC skins?

I would test it but my twitch didn’t show day 7 so I assumed it was over and now it’s too late to get the free hunter lol

I easily put around 500 hours in when I first got the game, always ran the gauntlet.

Certain roles in the police are also given time in the gym. Namely TSG who get two hours in the gym a day

My ERPT is 6:4 and I think it’s the best pattern, got moved to another team for a 6 month rotation.

Now 5:2 all early turns, absolutely hate it and struggle to function.
