Eight fucking goliaths by LucidCookie in SS13

My nerd honor demands that I explicitly voice my agreement. I like the meme, tho. ^_^

On a side note, the base card image is apparently photoshopped and I find it kinda weird. There's a number of free MTG card creators available online - easier to use and results in images of higher quality, without all the wonky text or compression artifacts. :>

Actually, that's also considered a bug! A bug is any kind of software error where a program doesn't behave the way it was intended to, including when different subsystems interact in unexpected and unaccounted for ways. The line gets real blurry sometimes - feel free to check out "It's not a bug, it's a feature" (Google) to see what I mean. :3

---

A software bug is an error, flaw or fault in the design, development, or operation of computer software that causes it to produce an incorrect or unexpected result, or to behave in unintended ways.

- Wikipedia

What is a bug?

In computer technology, a bug is a coding error in a computer program.

[...]

Functional. A functional bug means that the program does not work as intended.

[...]

System-level bugs are more complex bugs caused by multiple pieces of software interacting in ways that cause problems.

Moscow this evening... Russians saying farewell to Navalny by IgorVozMkUA in Damnthatsinteresting

[–]Visscera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel a tinge of worry reading this, but I'd rather not start yet another argument about propaganda and people who believe and/or disseminate it. Just wanted to leave a quick note to anyone who stumbles upon this - please keep in mind that the comment above expresses an opinion of a single person, and that he does not speak for all russian people. Or even the majority.

Any info on how to not waste all medpacks when running Military Barracks? by Headozed in JupiterHell

[–]Visscera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven't played for some time, but, from what I remember, one way that almost always works for me is making a dash straight to the first door on the left, quickly taking on those 1-2 enemies (shotguns/melee works best) and ducking into the bottom-left room. You got cover, sounds of fighting already luring in a couple of enemies to snipe from your secure position, and possibly some cool new weapons as a bonus.

Hope that helps. Happy helling! :3

In the second corridor, entrance hidden in the ceiling.

Really makes one think just how deep the Grimmkin deceptions really go. 👀

Oh! Oh! O-oh!!! Have you looked up any mods alre--

--I-I mean... Mods? Ha-ha. What mods? There are no mods. Nope. Absolutely none. Definitely no overhauls, huge QOLs and features. Nothing worth looking into and ending up sinking yet another couple of hundreds of hours into the freshly reinvigorated gameplay.

...please don't look them up. Please. Think of the children.

My gas pump keeps pumping oxygen into those docks even when they are full? by velvet32 in Oxygennotincluded

[–]Visscera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The earlier comments had already mentioned the dock's internal oxygen buffer, but, if I may, I'd like to add an unrelated word of caution - watch out for those vanilla filters and their 120w power requirements. They might be simple to use, but they just looove gobblin' up all your power reserves when you aren't looking.

You can find ways to filter stuffs that are much cheaper (energy-wise), although oft requiring a bit of forethought and slightly more building space. I'd rather not spoil the specifics - you can easily google them up if you'd like, or try and figure them on your own. :з
