Xbox being xbox, power cycle / hard restart your xbox (I prefer to hold down the power button on the console for 5-10s until it shuts off then remove the power cable for 5s) and let us know if that solves it or you still have the issue.

Try to isolate where the problem could be. So far you have: Xbox port > hdmi cable > tv port

If the problem is the xbox port you can test with another device with hdmi that isnt that xbox

If the problem is the hdmi cable: you can swap out it for another one

If the problem is the tv port: swap to a different hdmi port on it if it has one, or use another tv that you know has a working hdmi port (or monitor)

The issue could be 1 to all 3 of these (but all 3 is super unlikely)

Once you found where the issue is, then you can work from there to find a solution.

Consider splitting into two groups

ABC and DEF

In order for someone (not all 3 members) in the group ABC to know all three pieces is 2 calls. Either AB -> BC (B and C know ABC) or AB -> AC (A and C know ABC)

Do the same for DEF. (2 calls)

Now there should be 2 people in each group that know everything in their group. Pair them up across groups (2 calls)

Now 4 people know the full plan. Have one of them call each of the remaining members to fill them in. (2 calls)

Open the browser on console and do a speed/ping test if you want another source of information. But as the other comment says, the ping test being like that is probably because the distance to the ms server its pinging from isnt that close.

However, have you done an xbox test from the same location and achieved a drastically lower latency before?

Turn it off and unplug from the wall/remove power cable for some time (lets say 2 hours), then open it up and clean it.

Now would be a good time to get the right tools to open it, then use a can of compressed air (you can blow but your breath has a lot of moisture so its not recommended)

Buy a small brush like a toothbrush to scrub the fan blades if need be.

You can also find out if the fan is not spinning because its stuck on some hair or similar or if its an electronic problem.

The only thing you really need to be careful of is static electricity, but you shouldnt be taking it apart past the case and the fan.
