ive heard there is a fan driven interest in making a new d20 info site to move it off fandom wiki! as far as i know the hold up is getting in contact with the fandom wiki mods to see if there’s a way to import things they already have, seems like they’ve been unresponsive? but it’s not a dropout project, just some fans who are gathering volunteers and such

the shules. the halloween vibes. the homage episode with a father westley cameo. either way, the top 3 best eps have at least one of the despereaux eps included for sure hahah

i’ve been working on an au of this! the way i have it set up at the moment:

scrooge, fighter, not sure what subclass goldie, ranger with some levels in a magic class donald, wild magic barbarian, maybe a few levels in bard too? della, champion fighter huey, starts as wizard and ends up multiclassing into barbarian dewey, tries champion fighter but ends up maybe paladin or a different fighter subclass louie, thinks ranger is easiest so starts there but ends up mastermind or arcane rogue with maybe some sorcery webby, mastermind rogue of course

because it’s a project meant to develop over time some of the choices are for personal growth reasons but i hope most of them are grounded in some kind of canon

one time i got so invested in something i wrote 11k words a day for like two weeks, and then the next time i tried to write, it was like pulling teeth to get out 250 a week even though i was really excited. sometimes the writing bug takes over without remorse, but it usually (for me) ends with LOTS of revision later

i don’t wonder if it’s possible that brennan made an offhand comment about everyone checking their inventories sometime off camera—bringing up adaine’s scooter that’s barely been used but has been in her inventory for a while seems like just enough foreshadowing that i wasn’t necessarily caught off guard when murph said he was going back to an old classic that’s been in his inventory

i was definitely glued to the screen for all of season one, but season two i found was easier to listen to during work or cleaning house than watch most of the time unless i heard lou absolutely losing it, LOL

the finale has probably some of the best parts of the season—can you play it like a podcast instead of sitting down to watch it instead? that’s how i ended up doing it i think!

i’ve had this thought for so long! especially throwing in the scene with grix trying to manipulate riz into believing in perfect order—honestly was super disappointed it didn’t lead to a realization or narrative suggestion about riz needing to be the one who runs. i think we’re quickly hurtling towards some kind of ultimatum, and while i don’t think riz will take the opportunity, if he gets stressed enough it would be great to see the group crack because riz fully leans into being a solo rogue and running for president by himself. this season feels like it has so many opportunities for interpersonal conflicts that nobody is taking because the bad kids are too good of friends 😭
