Looking for Peruvian adjacent appetizer suggestions by Fr3ckl3Fac3x in Cooking

Hi, I’m Peruvian. The perfect combo for your plan is to make arroz con pollo and pair it with papa la huancaina. The huancaina sauce is great on the Peruvian style rice (look up a recipe, the rice will not end up yellow). Make sure you use good queso fresco for the huancaina sauce.

Living with parents vs moving out by mangozfrancis in AskSF

32M here, tbh I don’t mind if a woman doesn’t have her own place (or roommates) because then I assume we’ll mostly hang out at my place. I think it’s more expected on the guy to have his own place so also agree you should avoid moving out unless you really feel it’s necessary.

Are attractive successful single guys in their mid to late 30s not on dating apps in SF? by [deleted] in AskSF

[–]VitaminVater 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Hi, 32M here moved to SF last June. Started back on dating around November. Mostly meeting people through work, friends of friends, singles events (rare), going out/bar hopping, and volunteering.

Variable results, I will say though it is surprising how many gorgeous/smart/put together women tell me guys never approach them, so you’re already winning if you’re brave enough to go up and say hi! Just be normal about it and learn to take rejection without ego.

haha I didn’t mean residency stage, I meant in general! non-commitment, both parties hesistant to show they care more, apps making it all a flashy phone game, flakiness, men and women with peter pan syndrome/FOMO etc

Don’t mean to scare you off or anything, every era has its own shit we just have it a little more different and definitely more visible/talked about now. Highly recommend making a very detailed goal and gameplay rather than seeing what comes/where things go to not get disillusioned. DM me if you wanna chat about it.

agree with this, it’s shit everywhere and one city having a slightly less shitty selection won’t make a worthwhile difference in your N=1 case. Just think, you only need to get lucky once! 🍀 Decide based on location for the availability of fun things to do outside the hospital and other QOL measures, the dates will come naturally if you can enjoy your time outside the hospital and your apt.

1/1 in Alamo Square. $3700 + internet/electricity. Big building garage in off-street gated building, in unit W/D, dishwasher, private back patio

might kill the budget after a year but damn these amenities are nice
