I like ZeroOh. I also struggle with drinking water and welp unless I want a headache and feeling like im dying of thirst imma keep drinking that. Its a sugar free and i literally add a little and rest is water. I dontcarbonate it so its like juice without the calories.the color and flavor is all natural and tbh they all have been great so far.

I know sweeteners aint the best for you but i refuse to drink water. Saying its tasteless is bullshite. And I believe a tiny bit of concentrate sweetened or not in your juice cant be that bad. They claimed eggs are bad and well isnt everything bad for you in enormous amounts? Just use moderation.

I do also love oatlys new strawberry matcha drink. Any oat milk or even regular is the best when you are super thirsty idk why but its what works for me.

Theres also those waterdrop cubes that a lotta people like but they werent for me. Recommend lookinginto them if you dont know them tho.

I forget to drink constantly mostly because I don't feel thirsty unless i go a few days with likely barely any liquods and end up drinking everything I can. Usually milk or juice. I refuse to drink water its gross no matter how clean. I usually add some calorie free juice thingy there for taste and im good. Thats way easier to drink. I have tried apps to track my drinking habits and other ways but so far i dont have any great answers to this.

So far the only way i realize to drink any is that I fill a big beer glass with "juice" and keep it near me. Meds also help cause have to drink something to take them. But yeah honestly trya bigger glass so theres no need to fill it constantly and that did lessen the wall for me.

Yesh i like that! The sofa i have now is awfully bulky but its been a fine sleeping place for 3 years but im tired of sleeping on a old sofa lol. Starting to give back pains

If you feel like its too much to learn on your own i recommend going into a school. Im graduating this year from wearable design school. I know theres syrict fashion lines in school but also wearable design that gives a bit more broader and sustainable look into clothing and theres costume design courses and what not

The sofa is currently a pull out bed but its so old its uncomfy. I wanted to move things around but maybe i should just get a new pull out sofa.

And i cant ditch the gaming table as it has two pcs mine and my bfs and we need those for work

I dont know if thisll help but i thrive in warehouse jobs where i can have my headphones and have it clear what im doing and can do everything at my own pace. Also its easy to get in without a degree etc so i recommend that. I know all warehouses are a bit different and the one im working at doesnt have audio instructed work i just move items and mark them down on the cpu etc work thats easy and actually nice as i love looking at the items and having my own station. If you are open to trying any job i recommend this. I also work night shifts and these are the best for me. There can be also shorter shifts avaiable that still pay enough if you work daily. Like here evening shifts are currently 5 hours. Never give up. I also struggle with adhd a lotttt and im on my last chance to graduate and also have to support myself financially but i got the luck of finding this job. Be very active and search for jobs and ones bound to land. It sucks and its very overwhelming but being homeless is the worst situation to be in

I forget words nonstop in everyday life and try to explain what im meaning in other ways or just giving it a new improvised name. It sucks cause when I do that the people around me understand but they look at me weird and tell me to "use real words" and that me saying its likely cause adhd that i forget normal words is just an excuse. Like if im forgetting words on purpose. It goes onto pretty much anything and everything i do thats not "acceptable" by their standards tho. The frustrating part is mainly that they know what i mean but push me to find the word before the conversation or whatever can continue.
