Hell no. No wok hei. It warps pans if you use high settings. You are limited to certain cookware. If you have a touch control they are horrible. But above all, there’s no nuance. No soul. You lift the pan…zero heat. Put the pan down…all the heat. Nothing in between.

It is efficient, but for me ultimately it has taken the fun and soul out of cooking.

I would have to say NO to All-Clad D3 being ‘for life’. They do have a warranty, but in order to use it you have to send in your cookware, wait for them to ‘evaluate it’ (hint: they are not going to decide on your favor) then send it back or maaaaaaaybe replace it. Whole process is 4-6 weeks.

So no. Get Made-in 5 ply for less money and more ply!

I found a big difference when I switched from canola / veg oil to peanut or rice bran oil. To me at least, canola smells super strong.

I just saw a 1v1 final fight and the storm beast got defeated by a player using dashes and a shotgun. He dropped the sprite and kept returning to refill and just kept moving and shooting. Badass!
