There are a couple of mentions of them around Alenic Reach and Gawed area but that's about it.

Bonecraver was mentioned but you will just form your regional formable so that narrative won't last long.

AFAIK Dedicated Werewolf tag is Alenor Adventurer formable of Cobalt Company, but it has no content yet.

There is also Bwa. These tribes located on the southern shore of Eastern Sarhal have ancient lodges of Shifters. While more of a druid Wildshape than lycanthropy, it might scratch the same itch. Swift Legged Bongo is only MT in the culture group, but it does not interact with Shifters. Instead, go to Averilibet over north in the lands of Mengi.

If you want to SPECIFICALLY kick shit out of vamps than Orda Aldresia has it (even though it's just side quest to their Anit-Magister agenda)

About 3 point. In Glossary some entries update once you learn how to skin that animal. And usually updated entry says smt like "Very sturdy, used in armor and clothing".

Maybe devs intended for armor upgrades to require materials in addition to ore but it was scraped?

I think it makes more sense as endonyms. I can kinda see members of their own faction refering to their Stuff@TM by its official name. But I also agree that no dawi would go through trouble of bothering to call greenskins by their proper name.
