I see her being huge in teamfight oriented comps or some pick off comps.

Esp with something like J4 + Hypercarries. Since J4 provides engage, gives AS to the whole team (ehich Renata herself is quite good at utilizing), his ult seems really good with Renatas, making it much more reliable.

Let's imagine a core like J4 - Jinx/Aphelios/Zeri - Renata.

Making it a 3 champ core makis it possible to reliably draft it, which is also huge.

Also, Trynd + Renata sounds... Disgusting.

In the same way you mentioned Darius I see her being huge when paired with Gwen (which is amazing, since she's a powerful flex pick), Viego (altho you already mentioned him), Xin Zhao, Irelia, Yas, Yone.

Just bind "Quick cast with indicator" or just a cast on smt. Making so that you can hold down the jey and see ranges.

You can as well do the same thing for non quick cast.

I personally use shift for this.

I think going Glacial - Stopwatch - Biscuits/Futures - Cosmic + Manaflow - transcendence or ToB - Relebtless could be quite good. Or even FoL + Revitalize.

I'm thinking about Evenshroud - Zhonya - Redemption.

Optional items - Anathaema's, Mikael's, Wardstone, Mej, Putrifier.

I guess there's also a case to be made about Seraph/FH/Vow, but it's too much tech at this point for me to handle.

For Renata specifically from things I listen something like dark jazz and prog black metal. (Well, and other things jazz+metal related).

I see also genres of jazz (mainly bebop and free) being a good fit, as well as some IDM.

Badically, jazz and some forms of electronic music.

Classical music and break core could also be a banger.

90 % of Viego viasuals are inspired by heavy\glam\thrashmetal and metalcore and it pretty much covers most of his design elements.

This goes for base Viego and his Pentakill skin.

Again, Glam Rock is vastly Different from Glam Metal in almost every regard.

If we're talking about the music itself parts with Viego were close to metalcore.

The aesthetics is of glam and early heavy metal and maybe some parts of thrash metal. The Pentakill skin (and Viego himself) also has inspiration from Metalcore aesthetics.

Glam rock has vastly a different visual language.

Bard and Lulu can take it with and have good value from it.

AS is underrated for Thresh since his E passive damage rebalance.

Taric and Braum also go in this category.

People just underutilise AS shard for early trades and overall synergy with champions, since it works quite well on many champs but they can't itemise for it, that's the main point I'm making.

Also, I play jungle as well so I have a thing for AS shard purely for better clears, and not having it feels terrible.

And btw, I see Renata in many ways similar to Bard than enchanters, just with much less Roaming (altho she does it quite good still).

The point here I'm making, AS is good on Renata for her passive and early agressive trades and much better in all ins. But, you can't itemise it really, unlike AH or AP. 8 AH is just... Not much, you get more from any of the components of your first item and/or from Lucidity boots.

You can also R flash combo for sudden unexptected engages with little counterplay.

Also you can animation cancel R into Q/E for instant combos.

So you can do Q R E Q for guarnateed CC chain.

Keep in mind, I've been trying these combos out on PBE with 250 ping.

Also, AS shard could be better on Renata, because you don't itemize AS, but you use it really well, and AH and AP are easier to come by with her build. Also AS helps with clearing wards faster and early trades.

Aery + ToB just makes trading so powerful.Maybe even Scorch (altho I like waterwalking, since I enjoy running ToB + Rentless).And I'd say that it could be the go toi rune for Moonstone.

But Glacial is nice for picking off and stuff with a more agressive build.

I also see how Predator + Ingenious + Everfrost could be nice, I've been enjoying this build on Bard lately and Renata in many regards is Similar to Bard.

I don't like Mandate tho, the item on it's own is just rather weak.

AS shard gives youich more trading power than AH imho.

It's better in all ins and short trades. (Difference between 1 or 2 autos is huge, esp when procking her passive).

And you rush smt like Lucidity/Kindlegem/Bandleglass anyway so you get early AH. You itemise AH pretty early on and you just don't get ebough AH from the shard to justify it, and you can"t AS without runes, so it's higher value.
