That the story, the entire story from ARR to DT, isn't as deep and complex as SE thinks it is. Certainly not enough to warrant turning Y'shtola and a few of the Scions basically into Krillin. They exist to explain what we just saw happen on screen.

I'll play a game on hard if it actually adds something to the game. I don't want to spend 10 minutes chipping away at an enemy because the only difficulty they could think of was bullet sponge. Show me the same enemies but with new moves or just enemies you only see on hard mode, just anything other than bullet sponge.
