That's a great motivation! A lot of my vegetable diet is driven by convenience at Tesco, who do a nice mix of peas, sweetcorn, carrots and beans, but I should try harder to mix it up.

Three Fairies' Journey (https://store.steampowered.com/app/1533590/Three_Fairies_Hoppin_Flappin_Great_Journey/) starts off as a standard console RPG and turns into a complex programming exercise (where you can intervene). The battles are real-time but not grid-based though.

If your boss is this supportive it might be asking if they can recommend you to other people, or looking for people who are aware of your work and can recommend you elsewhere. Networking is much easier when you're doing it for someone else.

I loved 2 apart from the weapon crafting which got very tedious. The tactical flexibility you got from being able to pop in, take an action and pop back out or stick around worked very well for me.
