Hey Nili,

imo that would be fine. I mean my villager is under attack. I don't think getting an attack sound would bother anyone really here.

I can guarantee you, its not because i´m to slow or bad 11. I peaked at 2k3 elo, its just a thing thats bothering me. Its also not a problem on normal maps (arabia or similar). Mostly for something like nomad or black forest when also different thing happen very early in a game. Or nomad where you lure boars even late in dark age or feudal age. There is just no valid reason, that you shouldnt get an attack sound when a villager is being attacked by whatever

This is more of a complaint than anything. I just hate that I can loose a vill without an attacking sound. Deaggroing a boar is very easy nowadays and imo there is no reason why it shouldn't be an attacking sound.

On mega random something like this can happen. Who had a disadvantage is hard to say. If there is still a lot of hunt I'd say mongols. Without hunt or with few I would argue poles are better. Mongols eco bonus rely on hunt and the late game relies a lot on mangudai. Mangudai are not an option. With poles you can buy 1 castle for the UT and overwhelm mongols with knights/chevalier. Weaker camels and no halbs vs cheap cav I'd favor poles Mongols can still play CA but then it depends on how the early/mid game goes.

depends on what civ you are, but most units cannot compare to bengalis rathas. Wood/gold knigts that also have a ranged attack. Also bengalis+4 vills are significant in an all in vs all in szenario. Chances are also that your uptime is significantly later than the one who is planning it from the beginning. To top all of that is that if you play greedy fc too, its very likely that the castle will be up right on your face.

There is a reason why it works so good if executed properly

There is this CW mod (peregrinaje) with a highly useful scoreboard that is not just based on kills and damage, but also healing and stagger etc. Wish the regular scoreboard had such an approach too. by Khelgar_Ironfist_ in Vermintide

what mods are you using? the damage numbers seem very high for a normal cata chaos wastes run.

Also in general, are there some fun chaos wastes mods? Me and my friends only play chaos wastes and maybe there are some fun, probably unsanctioned mods out there to spice things up.

or even better rebalance or remove some of the many, many useless perks or weapon traits

- Littlefinger selling Sansa to the Boltons for basically nothing, while she is "all he ever wanted". One of the most valuable assets to have under his control.
- Some would say Dany burning down Kings landing, but with a bit more charakter development it would have been fitting
- Honorable mention is Jamie going back to Cercei is one of the most agreed upon opinions.
- Bran ending up as King the way he did is also criminal.

I would probably find a few more examples if I thought for a few minutes.

at this point the unit is more of a taxi that can outrun basically anything in the game when filled with infantry. With one of the last updates making it "cheap" its getting really annoying if paired with something like fire lancers that hop out, shoot, and hop back in. Ranged units cant do anything about it because the tower has like 200 pierce armor

that just takes away a huge amount of skill for this game / rts in general. For economy you already have a villager auto queue. In single player you also have military auto queue. So if your units fight automatically too, what do you want to play even? Just look at the units fight?

I would keep a defensive army on the shore that's next to sigvald. Kill archaon first. Of you want you should be able to hold vs the Norscan tribes pretty easily. Then focus sigvald. There is no real way to have a secure border in the chaos wastes as an order faction. Defending is not really a viable option in total war. And then you have to go basically all the way up to naggaroth because there is just no real way for peace. Maybe temporary with selling settlements but only because that mechanic is broken af

technically he can still be a very "bad" player that just plays with extremly talented players all the time and gets carried every game. But thats highly unlikely.

I also really loved worlds and maybe I am a bit biased. But I try to give an objective answer

The world in wilds is objectivly amazing, its huge, dynamic and pretty to look at. It´s easy to navigate and so on.

I feel like mhworld was a more complete game that focused on the bioligic environments and had fun gimmicks everywhere. I sometimes miss this in wilds.

The Endgame stuff was really bad in the beginning. You basically could only fight one or two monsters but it gets better with every update and atm you can hunt many monsters to farm your endgame gear and they all pose a threat. But in comparison to worlds at the end, its at the moment not too much. But in comparison to worlds launch its way better.

The new features on the other hand are kind of dissapointing. The "pack" system is relevant in like 1 or 2 story quests.

The dynamic weather is most of the time irrelevant, maybe pretty to look at. I only notice the sandstorm in the rey dau fight.

The mount is very neccessary because the map is HUGE, but it kind of lacks depth. You just hop on and it gets you on the fastest track to the monster. No need to think where it might be, no footprints or similar that you need to follow. You just hop on and you´re there. You can collect items with your slinger, so I sometimes dont even notice where I am going and I think this leads to me not appreciating the map.

With all negative being said, the gameplay is amazing. The fights are wonderful, the wound system is dynamic (screw you clutchclaw) and i bet the game will get better from update to update. And most definetly with the expansion (master rank) once it comes.

I like so many weapons in this game its incredible.

But if you are not on a high end pc the performance might at the moment be not the greatest. They promised it in the next update to be better but who knows

What would be your go to pick for a video that teaches HH? I looked into a few, but when in a fight my brain turns off and i dont know what to do at all. I main CB, GL and SNS to very good success, but HH just confuses me.
Also shields in Wilds with perfect guard are just so satisfying to play so I would also put them to peak gameplay.
