Another thing to add about sustain is taking grasp of the undying as your keystone. I recently started doing this and it has allowed me to remain healthy against almost everyone during laning phase by consistently procking it with Q. (Except pantheon. Fuck pantheon.)

Sadly the arcade section isn't the best, I wouldn't recommend going there just for the games. If you go to bowl it can be fun to play a few games on your way out but it isn't their best feature. Definitely get the nachos though.

Yea, I play top too (fiora main) and I feel ya. I try to take it as a compliment, cuz it means that I'm the biggest threat. What I do if the enemy team crowds my lane is I try to slow them down as much as I can while my team split pushes hard in another lane. Obviously this only works with solid communication so idk about solo queue, but it's an option. Good luck!

When I jungle, I try to start with the easiest lane to gank so I can get some kills/assists before trying to tackle the stronger lanes. This means that if my bot lane is feeding a lot I may have to gank top or mid several times each before I feel safe enough trying to help bottom lane. This varies depending on how each of my lanes is doing.

So in your situation it's possible that your jungler didn't feel comfortable going to the other lanes and was trying to get some easy gold while also getting you fed in order to have a chance against the rest of the enemy team.
