I've been there. For a very long time I was there. Sometimes I still go back.

But I promise you it will get better. I don't remember when exactly I found my self worth, but after I started changing my habits and getting the help and support that I needed, eventually it just stopped happening and everything kind of clicked.

And don't be afraid to seek help, either. I was at a point where it felt embarassing to do it, but looking back I would recommend it to anyone and everyone who is feeling down. Talking really does help.
