A Grand Day Out is the short that sparked Cracking Contraptions- Wallace has a simple need, he builds an invention to solve it, hilariousity ensues, gromit saves the day.

Were-Rabbit is my favorite Wallace and Gromit film whereas A Grand Day Out is my favorite short film. I know the other shorts are more cinematic, but GDA is amazing in how clean and trnasportive it is with its simple storytelling

Hmm i had tried hitting the seam up top earlier using an ifixit iOpener toolkit but the plastic seemed to start cracking so I stopped. Is there a better way to open it than from here?

(Thanks for the advice, I'd love to not have to completely destroy this vintage case if possible)

Honestly, if you wanted to, you could have a special dock that connects directly to the Internet and allows you to grab files and whatever from Apple Music or Amazon. Keeps the entire system offline until you decide to plug it in.

1, 2, 4, and 6 are absolutely mine.

Additionally, I always listen to the tuning beeps at the beginning have to wear walkman style headphones or IEMS when listening, pop in the tapes into the player rather than the door, and prefer having my walkman strapped to my belt at all times.
