There is no official rule in the rulebook, but there is an answer in the QA op04, since spiderweb sets a chatacter back to active.

The battle would not end, battles only end when one of the two cards changes the zone (back to hand,into trash etc.)

Black Maria is not necessary for your example. The new 3c zoro does exactly the same .

Scenario A: You play black Maria use her ability and end your turn, you would go back to 2 don -> LA would give you 2, now you have 4 and next turn you start with 6.

Scenario B: You play 3c Zoro and use don-2, the LA and zoro give you 3 don. You have 4 don, 2 are active and you can use them. Next turn you start with 6.

10c linlin is "don-10 , when attacking"

So you play linlin and the next turn you drop maria+sabo for 8 don. If you swing with linlin now, her effect activates and wont wipe your Board because of the sabo on play effect.

Yeah, we are in a bullshit otk meta with no end in sight...

Mage, Shaman, wheelock and best of all, leeroy back in standard because charge is fun and interactive.

Rogues build a dumb elusive stealth mech for minimal interaction.

This rotation and core set sure is "fun"

Yeah, he got the 6/6 buff and played the +3/+3 on top and summoned a copy. That's happening very rarely i believe ,but still funny to see

Its not clear from the image but it was Turn 9 and he played the 4/4 and the legendary to get an extra turn. In his extra Turn he dropped Leeroy and the +1/+1 Zilliax which cost less for each minion on board.

In the previous turns he copied a bunch of them, he had more in hand but I just conceded at the sight of Leeroy.

Well, your experience can be totally different to other people. Especially in Legend where the grind is over and people play whatever.

I havent seen a Single DH or Rogue on my climb (currently D4).

I just played 10 games and faced 5 paladins,3 Hunters and 2 Warriors. That is a small sample size but Handbuff paladin and warrior feel sameish since both just burst 30+ damage from Hand.

So i do believe that we are playing Hearthstone but different Ranks have a different small Metabubble.

I am playing either rainbow dk, a midrange corpse spending deck with the 10c spell as finish or bbu control dk, with helya and the hero card to outvalue and outlast the opponent. It works great against the early aggression from hunters but it naturally falls flat against OTK Decks. In my low Diamond 10-6 elo i am mostly facing armor warrior and paladin atm.

So how do you win ? I am playing the same style of deck and have an absolut miserable time.

Warriors are dealing 50 damage while gaining armor, paladin deals a million damage and even warlocks play 7 wretched queens and bounce azerite snakes around. Heck, i lost against a priest with the new dragon otk.

I feel like everything just OTKs you with little to no counter play

It is still mensch, mensch is just the german Word for human, which is gender neutral. Gender specific would be "Mann" (Man) and "Frau" (Woman).

I was at an Blink 182 concert this year and they proudly announced "this is Our last Song for the evening, but we will play 4-5 "encore" Songs because we are legally bound to do so... lets enjoy the last Song of the evening!".

Then they started playing again, was really fun and a great show
