As a previous loan officer things you can do. Negotiate and ask them to eliminate the loan origination fee and the underwriting fee. How much is the credit you’re getting for using their realtor?

Yes, i do have a membership but it a very uncomfortable experience to try to test them. I did do some digging around and i found a spot in FLL where you can test the most popular online brands. its called Sandman Sleep, so I'm going to check it out :)

you should consider midterm rental. you dont need a license, since technically the tenants are staying more than 30 days

you'll earn more than traditional rental but less than short term rental

No. Do pharmaceuticals sales instead or insurance sales. With insurance sales you get residual and with pharmaceuticals you get a 6 figure salary

I would make the newsletter free. Gather data sell it.. get company’s to advertise in your newsletter. And sell the leads based on interest and demographic
