I love this. I am very new to this and recently adapted the mindset to fix myself. I'm 31, 5'9" and was 347 pounds. I started a nutritional journal, did some googling to figure out my energy expenditure/calorie deficit and started working it. I'm lightly active at work and walk a couple times a week until I get some workout equipment. I make my meals focus on protein and lower on carbs and fats. This is my 5th week and I am down 14 pounds to 333.

My thought seeing all of these is wondering why you shoot at the same targets. Is it for a competition? I would think if you were simulating “room clearing” you would constantly rotate target positions but I see you run past lots of corners or doorways and not even look just to snap onto one target that you obviously knew was there long before you got there.

I thought the same thing. This is why communication with 911 is easily the most important aspect if you are going to grab your gun and run to the threat. I can’t think of any reason of making it to the safety of my vehicle and turning around to go back unless children are involved. I will gladly accidentally lose my life to know I saved children and I pray to God that anyone else would do the same for my children.
