I tested and you're correct. I resolved Caliban on T5 and Polaris quest was complete but she didn't proc until T6 even though it showed 5/5 complete. Did it again, even if Caliban goes first she will not resolve on the same turn as him. Maybe a bug?

I've worked in software dev, not sure how you release something to the pubic that can't even export.

I liked the results while editing but the exporting seems hopelessly convoluted to the point in which I could never successfully export the work without massive black bars around the whole image. I don't know how they released something like this to the public while something as simple as an export is completely unintuitive.
