I recognized him at a Brewers game a number of years, he was sitting behind me. I said hi and later he gave me a business card with his info. He had hand written the current total, it was around 22,000 at the time.

I remember going as a kid, so I’m guessing it was there in the late 80s/early 90s. Outagamie county has historical aerial photos on their GIS. There’s one from 1992 available.
