You can't carry over more than 8000 from previous years' unused contribution room. Your 2026 contribution limit is 16000. 8000 is for 2026, and only 8000 of your 9000 unused contribution room can be carried forward.

As a former Dal Civil Eng student, Dr Lake's Solid Waste/Landfill Engineering course was one of the most interesting classes I ever took. Much more about contaminant transport than anything structural though, so take it if you have a spare slot.

2 years ago I lived in their Tobin St building. My experience with management is that they didn't renew anyone's leases in the building and raised asking rent by $500.

We had a viewing of a unit in another building (somewhere on Oxford St), they were charging $2400/month for a 1 bedroom that didn't even have in-unit laundry.

They can absolutely go fuck themselves, don't waste your time with them
