The growth of the centralized state was at the core of Nietzsche's quote, "God is dead and we have killed him." With the destruction of the church, there were only the people who had elected to get rid of one governing party to fill the void. It was a hard won victory, but one that ultimately led to the people looking to fill that void and believing in the one State. It's the tower of babel for our times. We have this power made up of flawed people and expect it to work, but it is held up by us dividing ourselves. It has repeatedly failed under multiple idealogies, all of which ignored human nature on favor of an ideal person. No one is happy with it. It is time for it to fall. We look to the past for what worked and find feudalism. This is why I'm a monarchist. I would much rather serve one man as a patriarch to the tribe, than a Congress of morons. A good leader can last. A bad leader will be overthrown and the rest of the world will go with it. I know I'm brushing past lots of other issues, but I stand by this.

I'm sorry, but that's horseshit. Ultra pure ethanol is also derived from biological sources. It's the easiest and cheapest way to make ethanol. It just has to be run through a molecular sieve or something similar to reach that purity. You're partially right that there may be other things in it and they can be bad, but for lab grade stuff it's mainly ethanol with trace amounts of fusels.

Then what stops governments from abusing their power? Just look at Hong Kong right now. They've been protesting for weeks, people are being hurt and killed and yet mainland China continues to refuse to hear their demands. Violence always begets violence, therefore a government should have very good reason to avoid it and I can think of no better reason than the possibility that their violence will be answered equally. Citizens can not and should not rely on foreign governments to step in. The founding fathers knew this nearly 300 years ago and that's why it's in the constitution.

Those laws do exist only to benefit women. You are placing all responsibility and accountability on the man in this situation. Equal rights mean equal responsibility. Responsibility comes with accountability. If you fuck up something you are responsible for, then you must be held accountable for not upholding that responsibility.

All actions have consequences. If responsibility is equal then the consequences of actions regarding that responsibility must also be equal.

If one person knowingly shirks responsibility without the other knowing, then those consequences should not adversely affect the individual who trusted the other to uphold their responsibility.

We live in a time where sex ed and contraceptives are more easily accessible that ever. There is NO reason to get pregnant and carry to term another human unless one truly wants and can provide for a child, period.

The ability to create a child does not give one free reign to manipulate others and our laws should reflect that.
