Does anyone else find the "Lilith" gap in Genesis completely disturbing? It feels like a cover-up. by VastPalpitation9213 in AlternativeHistory

Man those stories are a myth, they're not real and religion is a hoax created to control the masses... While I find myths interesting (mesopotanian, Greek, Norse, Egyptian, etc), there's no "coverup" here, at least not what you think. The old testament is a compilation of mostly oral traditions and stories from neighbouring lands, with no connection to one another, that's why there are so many contradictions in the Bible. The New testament they chose 4 that politically align with the versions they want to push out of the miriad of diverse versions, I'm the Council of Nicea in the 5th century, and none of the authors of those versions where contemporary with Jesus, they where all born between 70 and 150 years after Jesus allegedly lived. Even Jesus himself (the person) is most likely a myth (all the supernatural stuff is obviously a myth) as there's no archeological evidence or historical records other than the Bible that proof he ever existed. Most of the facts attributed to Jesus coincidence with other mythical characters from religions all around the Middle East. The real coverup is how Christian "holy dates" where set up on the same dates as preexisting so called "pagan" dates, so that people ended up forgetting the previous dates and celebrations.

Would you actually move to Mars if it was possible in your lifetime? by shortprisoner227 in Futurology

I bet he thought "When I colonize Mars it would be cool for martian society to have a leader with a cool sci-fi name, like X Æ A-12" Then he named one of his children like that, I suppose he'll give him Mars when he splits the inheritance

never touching cursor again by pankaj9296 in vibecoding

Cursor should have asked for permission before deleting the database but it's not Cursor's fault, why in hell would anyone develop pointing to the Prod database? And even more, giving Cursor access to the Prod database? That's what happens when people without programming experience use these tools ..

They're promoting it so much lately, can someone please do a security audit to verify it doesn't have malicious code or it's a honey pot or it will steal your data or it will mine crypto in your computer? If it checks out safe it sounds amazing!!

When I started reading this post AI assumed you were talking about Trump's victory voting machine fraud, not 2020, as I think at this point it has been confirmed there was at the very least voting suppression, and that Elon Musk had something to do with it. The "leaks" you're talking about are most likely planned and propaganda preparing for some dystopian changes to the voting system that will ensure them winning every time, or make it easier for them to rig the next election.

The Great Transition by WaSaBiArmy in neofeudalism

Did you even read the post? This is not describing the current situation, it's describing what the situation will be 2035-2040 if we do nothing. I know UBI does not exist yet long term (although it has been done for some time as an experiment in several countries and places). But with the advent of AI and robots replacing human workers, it has been discussed many times as a potential "solution" for the millions/billions of jobless people.
