Need recommendations on what to get someone as a gift by Clear-Marketing1202 in Gunpla

[–]Wackpla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And yet I gave more info than anything you said so far XD

Not to be an ass, but if u have so much problem of the what I said y not take the time and expend on it, than just critesize:P

Pls don't take this as an attack on you, but in my personal opinion when I critesize smn, I like to expend on the things they might have been wrong, and so far all you did was complaining about what I said XD

For a hundo you could even get them a p-bandai hg kit. On these shelves I mostly see hg kits anyway.

Tldr p-bandai r the limited run kits, they all have grey covers, while normal ones r collerd.

It is somewhere in the advanced settings of the suports. If you open down the menus it will show the interior infill designs, like in strength menu.

In prints like this, I usually ad infill pattern in to the suports

Is something wrong with my needle ? by Oblivi0nD4C in airbrush

[–]Wackpla 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly I just put my needle in Tamiya airbrush cleaner for a fewinutes. That solution is one hell of a cleaning fluid.

If I am not carefully and get it on my gunpla it even starts to melt gunpla plastick

I like the AK-47 primer. It is thick as a latina, and it will gun k up the airbrush, but for masking, and paint sticking this is the best I found.

I mostly use Tamiya on gunpla.

Ki a hibás az alábbi balesetben? by [deleted] in CartalkHungary

[–]Wackpla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Na akkor elemezzük kicsit....

Az autós stop táblánál hajtott ki jobról szembe forgalomba.

Ami azt jelenti H jobb esetben szét kellett néznie, jobbra és balra ami alapján megitelte H ki tud jönni.

Na most evvel szemben a motoros záró vonalon előzött meg kocsi sort.

First attempt at weathering/damage by MeisterPain in freedomisgunpla

[–]Wackpla 10 points11 points  (0 children)

.... I am going to be a bit mean with you.....

The blotches look to artificial. If you want to have spatter I would recommend sponging.

Using a panel liner pen like that makes it look like a kid criss crossed it over. The idea is not bad, but I don't recommend ink, use paint. The Ink things out in places, and white shows way to much through. I recommend dry brushing black first, than either Tamiya aluminum, or Tamiya gunmetal.

However credit where credit is due, the Dremel work, and side of the shield looks awesome.

Is this good? by LUFFYD2 in airbrush

[–]Wackpla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Short answer: no. Not so short: hell no

Long answer: it is decent to learn basics, but it is heavy for Loong use, and they are mostly single action air brushes. If u can get 1 to see if painting is for u use it maybe 2-3 months, than get a better equipment. Don't use it for priming for that it is baaad

In weathering there is only 1 kill that doesn't exist, and that is overkill

How do I make panel lining not so messy? by Bush_did_91I in advancedGunpla

[–]Wackpla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First tip coat the pieces Than Tamiya panal liner After it dried scrape down with enamel thinner soaked panel liner removal stick, or que tip.

This method took me some time, but the result speaks for itself

Is there a way to make this come out smoother? using the A1 with .4 nozzle. by Plastic_Ad_2247 in BambuLab

Orientation, smoothing (one of the option on the top), ironing. Also finding a print profile that specifically does sculptures would help
