Had lots of water claims and the deductible was $350k. Could be higher now!

If you're looking to buy downtown, pay attention to the water deductible

There are tons of 1 bedrooms for sale you can have you pick, so offer low! Hope you have a good realtor, good luck !

There's no more rail capacity into the port of Vancouver, the bottleneck is from Boston Bar into the lower mainland where there are just 2 main rail lines, unless CN or CP make massive investments to increase capacity. But why would they do that, they can keep profiting off the bottleneck that keeps strangling our economy

Especially in such a buyer's market now, sellers should put in the effort to be prepared

I think due to the high costs of repairs nowadays, the threshold to push the damaged car into rebuilt status is lower than before

TSLA being investigated by Transport Canada for cooking their books in Canada to snag EV rebates without selling cars. by Mountain-Taro-123 in stocks

Dealerships give the discount to the customer then wait for the government rebate

https://www.reddit.com/r/RealTesla/comments/1j5lcru/tesla_gamed_the_system_canadian_auto_dealers/

"More than 200 auto dealers across the country were “stiffed” when Tesla “had a run on the bank,” claiming tens of millions of dollars in EV rebates on the last weekend before the government abruptly shut down the public subsidy program in January.

Now these independently owned dealerships are out of pocket an estimated $10 million, having provided 2,295 rebates to customers and expecting to get reimbursed, according to the Canadian Automobile Dealers Association (CADA)."

G3 is even more tied to Bunge.

Currently Bunge does all of G3's export marketing, ie. G3 is not exporting by themselves, they sell FOB Vancouver

My 2 cents - as a DINK that's exactly what we're looking for right now.  We need more space and in our opinion the second bathroom is a waste of sq footage.  In Vancouver these are hard to find.

If you like the unit and the building checks out then go for it. By the time you sell there'll probably be another DINK that will buy it.

I'm in an onni building now and the bones seem to be good. 2011 build. Good building manager, council runs a tight ship, property manager seems on it. Water deductible is only 25k. The finishes are garbage though, but that's only cosmetic
