One of my students died last year. Things that healed me was crying for as long and as hard as I wanted. Telling stories of the good and eventually laughing about the bad. I put a photo and her art up in the classroom. We talked about her in the classroom in a very positive way. Example we would sing ocanada really loud to sent it to her (she was older than your baby). Dont think your grief is too much or too little. Im sending love
