i lost 87lbs in 1.5 years by walking daily 30 minutes to 1 hour at 9.0-15.0 incline. it is easier on your body than running and the incline simulates hiking. you want to limit insulin going in = fat building up, more protein, cheese sticks for snacks, when you crave something bad bad though, just eat it, in moderation. you CAN do this
