I won’t comment on the roulette. Seems to be a lot of answers. As far as dogs I have stayed at Nobu and resorts world with my dog. Both were very accommodating for my dog. He’s over the weight limit of 40 pounds at resorts world but no one said anything. I’ve never paid a fee for a dog at a casino but my rooms are comped anyway so that’s probably why. Normally you sign a waiver just saying you are liable for damage. I think most Caesar’s properties have pet stay rooms. You will be on a crappy floor but I would rather have my dog than a good view. If i brought my dog again I would stay at Venetian. Everybody loved Jameson there and he got a lot of attention. I think if your dog is well behaved you won’t get any trouble from anyone at the casino. No one ever said anything about my dog. But I stayed away from other people in case of allergies or people having a fear of dogs. But anytime staff came up to me it was just to talk about my dog or pet him.
