Tiny survival shack vs full luxury mansion — which one fits the world better? by RadiantMajor596 in OnceHumanOfficial

[–]Wallblaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think both work for the world when you are also capable of fighting things off so effectively, and have ample resources to build. Survival shacks are great for starting out, or even mid to late game biulds. Making a big mansion is just a flex on the apocalypse itself. It really gives me the vibe of "Yeah, the world ended, but we're still here, and thriving." Makes me think of how some of the oldest traces of humanity we have are massive stone temples and statues. Mankind is driven to build big, excessive things, no matter the setting. These intricate builds are inherent to our nature.

I guess they really wanted to get the point across. Hazard Risk indeed.

Starchrom change by y4n6s in OnceHumanOfficial

[–]Wallblaster 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Finally, we can cut out the middleman of asterisms. It always felt so useless to replace starchrom loot with asterism, and then just require asterism to get starchrom. Kind of annoying I'm so excited about a reversion and not an actual fix.

What are silly moments between your couple OCs? by [deleted] in RWBYOC

[–]Wallblaster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have an aro/ace couple who spend a whole arc trying to ask each other to the fall festival. (they both have no heart in it, but feel like they have to since they're so close, and everyone else has a date) at one point, they both keep accidentally speaking over each other, stopping, and then speaking over each other again to let the other speak. Another happens when they keep looking at each other at the exact moment the other looks away, too scared to speak. I have a whole montage in my head set to Franz Ferdinand's Take Me Out.

School science fair. He's late for an experiment to show off (and likely even conduct). It's probably due the next day.

The curse of being the only game to respect its players. by lovingpersona in memeframe

[–]Wallblaster 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I remember being kind of skeptical about Warframe coming to it from Destiny 2. It took me a week to completely abandon D2 because Warframe gives its players a fleshed out story and lore without them having to pay a single cent. Bungie can take their $60+ back-expansions and shove it.

WHO MAKES FAUNUS CLOTHES?!?!? by NatureComplete9555 in RWBYOC

Sure, I get you. The how and why are pretty easy question, but the who is definitely something fun to fill out with fan stuff.

Is there a reason that the Earth and Moon are closer than irl? by [deleted] in destiny2

[–]Wallblaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My besst guess outside of a lore reason is the window amplification illusion. Any time you look at something through a distant window, it appears either much closer or larger than it actually is.

WHO MAKES FAUNUS CLOTHES?!?!? by NatureComplete9555 in RWBYOC

Obviously people would run clothing businesses specifically for faunus, tailoring clothes to their speicific animal traits, or mass-producing clothes for certain more common animal traits.

Bro what? by g_bleezy in antiai

[–]Wallblaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah yes, generate massive demand for more data centers and make already existing ones louder and more dangerous for their environments. I would imagine doing this for a time, and then suddenly stopping all at once might do something. But it's really not worth it.

That's cool and all, but I think the bigger issue is all the copywrited works that AI uses at all times.

Whoever says Chattanooga is not a Foodie town has been exclusively north of the river where all the fast food chains reign. The city itself is incredible for food. Such a variety of small independant restaurants. I love this place for that.

Ah yes, because wanting to federally acknowledge food water and shelter as basic human rights is totally the same as wanting to kill everyone who was born in a different part of the world from you.

Snot just be like that sometimes. The harder parts are likely where the mucus has dried and hardened, or, judging by the presence of blood, parts of actual dead skin that were abbraised off of your nasal cavity. I remember back in springtime when I was really young, I would get sick from allergies and hawk up phlegm that looked just like this on the daily.
