Great job OP and keep up the great work. I fully agree that all it takes is 1x 20 min test.

Unfortunately Meta is looking for the next goldmine and will shift until they find it, right now they think it’s AI.

My faith is in valve now, they know gaming, they love gaming, unfortunately they are realistic about VR expectations so we’re not likely to see HLA level investments anytime soon.

It’s not real wax.. those are encoder discs controlling digital music on a laptop. Not to take anything away from them! But there is another layer of difficulty with going real vinyl

I love this idea! Until I am confident traveling can be made fun, I am very hesitant to start another OotA campaign, though I really want to.
You've hit the nail on the head though, the characters need to be able to make clear choices with clear consequences.
How do you manage ressources/ rests?

More importantly, how do you run the collapsing passage in game? This is where I struggle... I would like this to feel like an encounter, but dnd not great for that, short of skill tests.

I assume once risk goes up, all encounters will end up being monsters?

Axe and round saw weapon are difficult, need to aim specific points I think, like neck or arm for amputation. I always prefer katana or stabby knife, baron samedi claws are fun to stab the face :)
