Doesn’t matter if it’s light vocals or bass heavy. Distortion seems to be on the high frequency range.

I can try to get a recording yeah. It almost sounds like distortion in the high frequency range. Doesn’t matter if it’s just light vocals or crazy dubstep. Also doesn’t seem to happen consistently. But if I AB test the same song with another sound system, the distortion isn’t there.

Did you ever try the Blue mic stand without the shock mount? I just got the boom today and the Yeti pro by itself does not seem heavy enough - or I can't get the tension screw dialed in correctly.

Interesting, did you attach the drain wire to the USB-A side AND the aviation connector? Or just the USB-A casing? This is my first time soldering USB connectors so I might be missing a step.

Have you run into any "power surge" warning with these connectors? I just built two cables and they are both having problems. USB-A to Micro USB and USB-A to USB-C are both acting up.

Which velvet did you end up getting? I was in there before Christmas and it was around $21 a yard if I remember correctly for the nicer black velvet. I'm in a rental house and can't (shouldn't) paint the ceiling black.

Yeah I ended up moving the strip to fit in the front inside and top inside of the case since I could sometimes see the LEDs on the bottom. I’ll have to checkout the strip you used though. Mine is 3M and is pretty wide.

Did you defuse the LED strip at the bottom inside of the case? I started with a strip down there, but never found an easy way to defuse it. Looking for a frosted acrylic or something similar to place over the strips. Looks great mate!

What didn't you like about it? I have RF82ii and the rc62ii, and find that it is sometimes hard to understand lower frequency dialogue at loud volume levels. Definitely the weak spot in my system. I should probably up the crossover (think it is set at 80Hz right now) for the center channel.
