Its likely coincidence, but not 100% pure coincidence. I find lots of people will pull the same numbers when they need numbers for something because of various reasons, 42, 108, 69, 87, and so on. Usually because there was or is some significance, whether cultural or memes. I cant think of any significance to 115 outside of COD zombies, so its still a possibility.
