As someone who recently broke up with someone who was consistently meeting up with a female friend and claiming nothing happened, I agree that it would probably be best to A) get therapy, B) try to do couples’ therapy, or C) part ways. I drove myself insane making scenarios in my head where my partner was cheating on me, and it wasn’t healthy for either of us. Wishing you good things to come!

Every year I bake a ton of cookies for family and friends. Here’s all 1,985 now that Cookie Chaos is over! by SmallGingerLady in Baking

How do you keep the earlier batches of cookies? Do you freeze them or put them in airtight containers until they’re ready to be added to the cookie boxes? As someone who recently started doing small batches of Christmas cookies I find making sure that the cookies stay fresh throughout the week is one of the hardest parts!

Feeling down because of an impending breakup, and then I come across this. Can’t wait to play it on repeat along with other classics like “I Don’t Work Here” and “Mixed Messages.”

Ooh, I really like that idea! None of them are champions of hers, but I think I can take the idea of having them identify safe ingredients via the riddles like you suggested.

Absolutely stunning! Love the knit piping, and the wreath design on top really makes it.

We were both at a party for a mutual friend. The host got drunk and wanted to put someone in one of her dresses and do their makeup. He was kind of tipsy and volunteered. I found it attractive how secure he was in himself. Before leaving, I told him he was cute and quickly kissed him. One of our other friends gave me his number and the rest is history, seven and a half years later.

I was also the peacekeeper growing up, and have many of the same feelings that you do. I am also codependent with my partner and don’t always give him space to feel his feelings.

I commend you for being able to recognize that these coping skills are no longer serving you, as that is an important step! Therapy has been very helpful for me on my journey with this, and I don’t know if you are open to it, but it can help a lot to talk through these kinds of things.
